Bids are split using value above the lowest-projected player in your list, weighted by roster need (Low 0.8x, Medium 1.0x, High 1.3x, Critical 1.6x), applied to the weekly spending pool you set above — not your entire remaining budget, since you're unlikely to spend it all in one week. A $0 suggestion means that player is a low priority relative to the others you've entered, not necessarily a "don't add." Treat these as a starting point, not a guaranteed winning bid.
