Eric Bieniemy offers Bears rookies an earful throughout drill

A video of Bieniemy teaching Chicago Bears operating backs on the staff’s rookie minicamp this weekend has gone viral. The video reveals Bieniemy placing gamers by some catching and footwork drills.
“Stand up discipline!” Bieniemy is heard yelling within the video. “Choose your f–king eyes up!”
Then, after a participant knocked over a cone whereas making a minimize, Bieniemy was upset.
“Why you touching the f—ing cones? The cones usually are not shifting. Don’t contact the f—ing cones!” Bieniemy says.
